Bill Churchill’s Pasta with Vegetables and Shrimp
Kut’ya or Kolyva (Boiled wheat berries with honey and nuts, etc.)
There are literally hundreds of different ways of preparing this dish, and this one is inspired by many of those I have read. Play with the recipe, if you like, and come up with your own way of making the dish. Constant ingredients are wheat berries, honey and nuts, though some recipes replace the wheat berries with rice.
